I am a Professor of Law at California Western School of Law. I am an expert in artificial intelligence, legal automation, corporate law, contracts, complex transactions, and securities.

I previously ran the Program on Corporate Governance and Practice at Stanford Law School. Early in my career, I practiced corporate and securities law in Silicon Valley where I represented a wide range of technology companies and investment firms.

I received a JD from Stanford Law School and a BS from MIT.
